We are looking for candidates with a flexible, honest and reliable approach, to provide the following services which will enable Service Users to remain independent in their own home.

These services would include: Assistance with personal care, including dressing and undressing; Meal preparation; Medication assistance, prompting and administering; Providing domestic and household services; Cleaning where required; Assisting clients to develop and maintain their daily living skills; Promptly reporting any change which may affect the health or well-being of a client.

Training will be provided for this position, you will also be supported to undertake personal development and learning.

Successful applicants will also be required to undertake a PVG Disclosure Check and be SSSC registered or willing to become registered.

Within this role we offer a variety of Shift patterns e.g. Full time / Part time/ weekends and Bank hours for those who are unable to commit to a shift pattern; Additional hours and Holiday pay.

Due to the nature of this role applicants must hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own transport. Mileage is provided to reimburse travel between service users homes.

We offer various shift patterns for care and support staff, pay mileage to all staff using their own cars during the course of a shift, and provide comprehensive training before you begin your care and support career, with back-up from our management team at all times.
